All Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce (AOCCC) is founded by a leading group of returning scholar whom have a goal of helping returning entrepreneurs to start their way of success, as not only help to have the economic profit margins, but also the act of being a responsible citizen to help the growth of this society. The organization is not a name where we usually see. This organization not only have it¡¯s constitution, but yet also structure is set up to fully support the function of the organization.
